Position Overview: As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will be part of our brokerage team focused on driving down costs and ensuring that our customers’ needs are met. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with suppliers, rate negotiations, and supplier procurement.

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday | 7AM - 4PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Inside sales (high call volume)
• Provide support for operations team regarding coverage
• Coverage of open loads through subcontractors
• Rate Negotiations
• Carrier procurement and relations
• Continual evaluation of freight market
• Evaluation of carrier service

Job Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Strong computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Negotiating skills
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast paced, changing environment
• Detail oriented with an eye for accuracy
